Letter of Instructions No. 14.

In continuation of my former letters I am directed to convey to you the follow- ing further instructions of His Excellency the Governor :-

Cargo sold but undelivered.

With reference to the letter of instructions dated the 17th November, 1915, an extension of time to the 30th June may be granted on condition that fifty per cent. of the outstandings in each case are paid for and taken delivery of by the 31st May, and that all godown charges are paid by the purchasers, together with interest at the rate of one per cent. per month.
